Eight Companies Sign on to Renewable Energy Buyers’ Principles

October 15th, 2018 | Eight more companies have signed on to the Renewable Energy Buyer’s Principles, which tell utilities and other suppliers what industry–leading, multinational companies are looking for when it comes to buying renewable energy from the grid.

As of October 2018, 78 companies have signed on, representing over 69 million MWh of demand for renewable energy by 2020, equivalent to powering 6.4 million American homes with clean, renewable energy.

AT&T, Boston Scientific, Oracle, PCC Community Markets, Penguin Random House, Samsung, Schneider Electric, and Visa are the most recent additions to the Principles.
